6 English muffins
1/2 c. butter
1 jar Old English cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash white pepper
Dash Tabasco
6 oz. imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 oz. jar mushrooms, chopped
1/2 jar (sm.) pimento

Melt butter and cheese. Add remaining ingredients and spread onto split English muffin. Quarter muffins and bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes just until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.

You may quarter and freeze on cookie sheet about 30 minutes and place in ziplock bags and freeze until ready to use.
