BANANA TEA MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. mashed bananas (variation: blueberry)

Beat egg slightly, stir in salad oil and sugar. Add Bisquick and stir just until liquid and dry ingredients are combined. Fill greased or paper lined tea muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Yields 36 muffins.
