CHICKEN SOUP - KADU | |
1 chicken fryer, cut into sm. pieces 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, chopped 8 Chinese cabbage leaves or similar vegetable Cover chicken in water and simmer until tender to the touch. Saute onion and garlic in oil and add all vegetables to chicken. Cover and simmer for another few minutes until vegetables are cooked. |
