MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1 can cream style corn
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. oil

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix all other ingredients with buttermilk. Grease pan. Add 1/2 of corn meal mix. Sprinkle meat over corn meal mixture. Add rest of corn meal mixture over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
