PINEAPPLE CAKE & ICING 
2 c. flour
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz. can)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream all ingredients until smooth. Ice cake when cool.
