CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lbs. stewing chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 stick butter, melted

Cook chicken and remove bones. Lay chicken pieces in bottom of oblong casserole dish. Mix 2 cans of soup and milk together and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing, melted butter and chicken broth together and lay on top. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes.
