CHICKEN WINGS 
1 (5 oz.) soy sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard or regular
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
24 chicken wings (about 5 lb.)

Mix together in small bowl. I usually double recipe, it makes it more tasty. Cut chicken wings in half. Mix wings in sauce then place in flat pan in single layer. Two pans are usually needed. Pour remaining sauce over wings.

Put in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Baste often. Bake in same pans, uncovered, for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Baste while baking, too.
