CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
Approximately 20 chicken wings

Mix everything, except chicken, together. Brush on all sides of chicken wings and marinate refrigerated for several hours. Line a cookie sheet with foil and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. You may turn them over halfway through baking time and baste with leftover marinade.
