BLACK BOTTOMS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix together first 9 ingredients. Drop a tablespoon of the mixture in each mini muffin paper (use mini muffin or tossie pans.)

Mix all ingredients of the filling and add 6 to 8 ounce of mini chocolate chips. Drop a teaspoon of filling mixture on top of the chocolate mixture in each paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Don't overbake or brown. They should be soft in the middle when done, not dried out.
