GNOCCHI 
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/3 c. potato flakes (instant)
Parmesan cheese (2 to 3 tbsp.)
2 c. flour

Heat milk, water, butter, salt to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and whip with fork. Cool. Add 1 egg. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Add flour. Mix and knead well. Roll dough into rope shape and cut. May freeze now or cook. Boil in salted water 2 to 5 minutes until float on top. Drain. Serve in sauce.
