1 c. mashed potatoes 1 c. flour 1 egg 1 tsp. salt, (or less) Mix to sticky consistency. With floured hands roll into a long tube. Cut in 1/2 inch pieces. Place on cookie sheet and put in freezer to harden 1/2 hour. Put into freezer bags until you need them. Cook in boiling water (with 1 teaspoon oil added to water). Cook 5 to 7 minutes after they come to the top of the water. Good in soups too. Just place in soup 5 to 7 minutes before serving. |
