EASTER GOODIES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is the consistency of fine crumbs. Pack into bottom of a 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries (opt.)

Beat eggs until light. Add brown sugar, gradually beating constantly. Sift flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture, then add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut and cherries. Pour into the partially baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool; cut into 9 (3") squares and serve.
