VEGETABLE PIZZA 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. Original Ranch Dressing Mix
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Sm. cauliflower
Sm. broccoli
Shredded cheese
Fresh frozen petite peas
Sliced avocado
Diced tomatoes
Thinly sliced carrot - good for color

Put the crescent rolls in cake pan (do not separate), press out to sides. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 11 minutes. Do not overbake. Should be light golden brown.

Mix ingredients 2 through 5 well and spread over crust as if frosting a cake. If dieting don't use all but save for chips. Tastes great!

Then sprinkle with your favorite vegetables, small bits. Remember these vegetables should be washed and drained. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Keeps well for 2-3 days.
