TURTLE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramel candy
1/3 c. canned milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together cake mix, milk and butter. Spread 1/2 of batter into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Batter will be gooey.

Melt together caramel candy and milk. Drizzle over cooled cake.

Top with chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon the remainder of the cake batter on the top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting. Do not overbake.
