HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. onion, chopped
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 lb. bag uncooked hash browns
1 lg. sour cream, 16 oz.
Salt and pepper to taste
Crumbled potato chips (for topping)

Mix all together and spread in a greased pan. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until brown on top.
