CINNAMON SNACKIN' CAKE 
1/2 c. corn oil butter, softened
1 plus tsp. baking soda
1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Spray a 9 inch square pan with non-stick spray containing flour. Mix baking soda into yogurt, allowing space for foaming., Cream butter. Add 1 cup sugar, then egg whites and vanilla.

Sift flour and baking powder together. Add alternately with yogurt mixture. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Pour 1/4 batter into pan, then sprinkle with 1/4 cinnamon mixture. Continue in this manner until all batter an cinnamon-sugar is used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Alternate method: Use tube pan, layering as above. Cinnamon-sugar mixture that is left can be used to sprinkle on top of warm cake that has been turned onto serving plate.
