BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 boxes jiffy corn bread mix
3 eggs
1 16 oz cottage cheese, small curd
1 onion, chopped
10 oz broccoli, frozen chopped (do not thaw)

Mix all together and it will be thick. Melt 2 sticks of butter in a 9x13 pan. Pour mixture over the butter and spread out.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
