CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. water

Heat water and butter to boil. Stir in flour for one minute; turn heat off. Beat eggs in one at a time with a fork. On ungreased pan, put teaspoon of mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Slice in half. Pull dough out to fill.

FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. whipping cream

Beat pudding mix and milk on low speed. Add whipping cream for two minutes. Soft peaks should form.
