SWISS-BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded process Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. all-purpose flour

In saucepan, heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups water until dissolved. Add broccoli; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Add milk, cheese, nutmeg, and dash of pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts.

Combine flour and 1/2 cup cold water. Stir into broccoli mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
