GRAMA'S SUGAR - LESS JAM 
1 env. Knox gelatin
4 tsp. tapioca
1/2 c. unsweetened white grape juice
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. mashed ripe strawberries

Wash and mash berries. Combine gelatin, tapioca and grape juice in saucepan. Stir and let stand 2 minutes. Over medium heat, stirring constantly, dissolve gelatin. Takes about 2 minutes. Add berries and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add large tablespoon of sugar substitute. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 5 minutes. Pour into suitable containers. Cool and refrigerate.
