CRABMEAT STUFFING 
2 c. crabmeat
2 onions, minced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. croutons

Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon oil; add soup, croutons, crabmeat, parsley, salt and pepper and cream. Mix well. Stuff flounder, crab shells or other seafood. Add extra cream if necessary. Bake in 300 degree oven until seafood is done. Extra stuffing can be frozen in foil and baked as a side dish for seafood.
