CRABMEAT STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 lb. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. grated American cheese
1 lb. crabmeat
1 sm. grated onion
3 tbsp. minced parsley
Stems from mushrooms, chopped
Mayonnaise, enough to bind mixture
Cayenne pepper to taste

Remove stems, chop finely. Mix ingredients gently. Drizzle mushroom caps with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stuff with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
