Minced onions Onion salt Garlic powder A-1 steak sauce Teriyaki Ketchup Mustard 1 egg Italian dressing Soy sauce Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs TOPPING: Chili sauce Mustard Assemble all ingredients, except meat and bread crumbs, on table. Turn on peppy music - a must! In large bowl, put to music, a scoop on minced onion, a shake shake shake of onion salt, and a shake shake of garlic powder. Add a splash of A-1 steak sauce and a splash of teriyaki, 1 good squeeze of ketchup, a heaping spoonful mustard, 1 egg, and a splash of Italian dressing for good measure. Also add a splash of soy and Worcestershire. Whisk all together. Add meat and bread crumbs. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Drain off any fats. Put topping of equal parts mustard and chili sauce. Return to oven 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. |
