CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS (OLD
FASHIONED)
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Boiled deboned chicken

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add enough water to make stiff enough to roll out. Roll out and cut in strips. then cut in 3 inch strips. Put in chicken broth. Add a little milk (1/2 cup) salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and let simmer.
