1 chicken
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. Taco Doritos
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel

Boil chicken. Take off bones. Place in large baking dish. Chop onions and sprinkle over chicken with garlic salt. Break up half package of Doritos. Put over chicken. Put half cheese over chicken. Mix soup and Ro-Tel. Pour over chicken and add remaining cheese and Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
