MEXICAN SANDWICHES 
3 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (10-12 oz.) longhorn cheese, grated
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (4 oz.) chopped ripe olives
1 can (4 oz.) salsa
2 doz. hard rolls

Brown ground beef and onions together; drain. Add remaining ingredients except rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls. Fill with beef mixture; wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
