CRAB IMPERIAL 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. sherry
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. crabmeat

Melt butter and flour. Add milk, salt, pepper, celery salt, stir until thick. Gradually add egg yolk. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add sherry, crumbs, crab, parsley and onions. Gently mix and pour into casserole. Spread with crumbs and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
