SQUASH CASSEROLE 
6 each yellow crookneck & zucchini, slice & cook, drain
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. mild cheddar, grated
1/2 lbs. each sausage, hot & mild, cooked & drained of grease
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt & pepper
Pepperidge Farm herb bread crumbs

Cook all seasonings together, then combine all ingredients leaving enough cheese to put on top. Place in casserole and bake until cheese is melted and brown.
