5 sweet potatoes or yams
1/4 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Small marshmallows

Peel potatoes and boil in salted water for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and add remaining ingredients except marshmallows, mash until desired consistency. Place mixture in baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
