PUMPKIN CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (packed)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped cranberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Alternate addition of pumpkin and dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and cranberries.

Pour batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until bread tests done. If desired drizzle with icing. Put enough cream or milk into confectioners' sugar to make lightly runny consistency.
