CLASSIC CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. graham crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

350 degree oven. Butter springform pan.

Combine crust ingredients, press into bottom of pan.

Beat cream cheese. Add other ingredients and beat until smooth. Spoon into pan. Bake 45-55 minutes (light brown). Let stand 15 minutes. (Do not worry about cracks.)

Combine topping ingredients. Spoon onto cake. Bake 5 minutes. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
