PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter
1 (13 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. white sugar

Combine flour, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar and butter in bowl. Mix until crumbly using electric mixer on low speed. Press into 13"x9" baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spices in bowl and beat well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Combine pecans, brown sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling and return to oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut and serve topped with whipped cream.
