HOMEMADE BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 lb. macaroni, cooked & drained
1 qt. tomatoes
2 onions, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter
Longhorn cheese, shredded
Cheez Whiz (optional)
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

After your macaroni is cooked and drained, put it back into large pan. Add tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. At this time, drop in Cheez Whiz by the spoonfuls (use about 3/4th jar) if you want a more creamy consistency to your dish and mix thoroughly. Pour into large restaurant oblong pan or several smaller ones. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with shredded cheese (this melts and forms a crust). Pour milk over entire dish. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 45-60 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Serve with Italian or French bread, hot and buttered!
