1 lb. ground turkey 1 lg. onion, chopped Brown and drain. 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 c. water 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. basil 2 2/3 c. cottage cheese 4 oz. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. oregano 8 oz. uncooked noodles 8 oz. mozzarella cheese Layer as follows: 1/2 sauce, 1/2 noodles. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 1 hour covered at 350 degrees. |
