WEIGHT WATCHERS PUMPKIN MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. pumpkin 1 oz. bread crumbs 1 egg 1/3 c. powdered milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/3 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. sweetener 1 tbsp. brown sugar substitute 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. raisins (optional) Mix together and bake 10-20 minutes in small muffin cups. One serving equals 1 vegetable, 1 bread, 1 milk and 1 fruit. |
