2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten

Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Add pineapple and eggs. Mix with a spoon. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 2/3 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla. Frost cake (can be done while cake is still warm!)
