VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp. oil
20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
1 med. diced onion
1 lg. minced fresh garlic clove

Brown garlic and onion in oil well. Lower flame and add vegetables, soy sauce and salt. Simmer covered until vegetables are tender. Continually turn and mix while cooking. Great with chicken cutlets, chops and steak.
