3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Mix all ingredients in large bowl with electric beater until smooth and not lumpy. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan or bundt pan. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes. Ice with chocolate or white icing. Delicious!
