CAKE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding
4 eggs
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine and mix well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 box pistachio pudding
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 pt. milk
3 oz. softened cream cheese

Whip cream cheese and other ingredients and whip again. Spread on cake and chill.
