SPAGHETTI PIE ALA JEN 
8 oz. spaghetti (thin)
2 well-beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef or can use Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped green peppers (optional)
1 c. (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese

Cook spaghetti; drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese. Press spaghetti into buttered dish, forming a crust. In large pan, fry beef, onions and green peppers until tender and meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in sauce; heat. Spread Ricotta cheese over spaghetti crust. Top with sauce and meat mixture.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes or more until cheese melts.
