ALMOND COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage, cut up or shredded
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1 sm. pkg. slivered or sliced almonds
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (beef flavor)

Cut up cabbage and onions; toss together. Just before serving, add almonds, sunflower seeds and noodles.

2 tbsp. sugar
Beef flavor packet
1/2 c. oil

Mix together the flavor packet from the noodles, 2 tablespoons of sugar and oil. Pour over slaw and serve with soy sauce, if desired.
