NACHO DIP 
1. 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans mixed with 1 pkg. taco mix
2. Lg. sour cream mixed with onion soup mix
3. 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
4. Chopped black olives
5. Diced green onions or any mild onion
6. Diced tomatoes
7. Mozzarella cheese, grated
8. 6 oz. can tomatoes & green chilies, drained
9. Top with cheddar cheese & heat through

Serve with nacho chips (3 pounds). NOTE: Better if prepared a day ahead.
