SUPER NACHOS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega green chilies
2-3 c. shredded Jack and mild Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. La Victoria Salsa Suprema (med. hot)

TOPPING:

1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. pitted, sliced ripe olives
1 (7 3/4 oz.) avocado dip by Clavo
1 c. sour cream

Brown beef and onion, drain off fat. Season with salt to taste. Spread beans in bottom of 9x13 Pyrex baking dish. Top evenly with meat mixture, then green chilies, then cheese, then salsa. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Mix all topping ingredients together and spread over baked mixture just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips as "scoopers." Serves 4-6.
