COFFEE WITH RUM 
6 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
6 sugar cubes
peel of 1 orange
5 tbsp. rum
1 1/4 c. strong coffee

Put the spices, sugar and orange peel in a small pan and pour over the rum. There should be enough to cover them. Heat gently, shaking pan until the sugar has melted. Pour in the hot coffee. Strain and serve.
