DILL DIP (KAPOR MARTOS) 
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. dill

Pick dill off the stem and wash and then chop up. Make a sauce by melting the butter until lightly brown and stirring in the flour until it has absorbed the flour and then pour in the milk and stir until there are no lump and sauce is thick.

When slightly cooled add dill, sour cream, and sugar. May be served as a vegetable dip warm or chilled.
