RECIPE COLLECTION
“HOT MULLED CIDER” IS IN:

HOT MULLED CIDER 
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg
3 sticks cinnamon
2 quarts apple cider
orange wedges, stuffed with cloves

Combine all ingredients, except orange wedges in a saucepan. Bring to a boil slowly. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.

Strain to remove spices. Pour cider into glass pitcher over orange wedges. Serve in warmed mugs with orange wedges.
