RECIPE COLLECTION
“MULLED APPLE CIDER” IS IN:

MULLED APPLE CIDER 
1 tbsp. whole allspice
3-inch stick cinnamon
3 c. apple juice/cider
1 c. orange juice
1 t. honey
1/2 c. brandy

Tie the loose allspice berries and broken cinnamon sticks into a piece of cheesecloth and drop into a large saucepan along with rest of ingredients-excluding brandy. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat down to a low simmer. Let steep at a simmer, covered, about 15-20 minutes.

Remove spices and stir in brandy. Serve immediately.

Makes about 5-6 servings
