SHIRLEY'S CHARCOALED PORK ROAST 
1 pork loin (have butcher crack ribs so that it will be easy to slice into chops)
Garlic salt
Lawry's seasoned salt

Sprinkle the pork roast with garlic salt until it looks like a white coating, then rub with seasoned salt. Roast for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers done, in a covered barbecue grill with coals on 2 sides and the roast in the middle. Serve with chunky applesauce flavored with grated horseradish.
