HEAVENLY NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE | |
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 3/4 of 8 oz. pkg.) 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 env. unflavored gelatin 2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 c. milk 4 MILKY WAY® Bars (2.23 oz. each), sliced 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy or whipping cream Combine chocolate crumbs and butter; press into bottom and 2 inches up the sides of an 8 inch springform pan; chill. Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Add Milk Way bars and continue to stir over low heat until mixture is smooth; cool slightly. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in MILKY WAY® mixture and vanilla. Add cream and beat at high speed 4 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. If desired, garnish with sliced MILKY WAY® bars. |
