SHRIMP DIP 
2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. catsup (to color)
1 tsp. horseradish (opt.)
2 sm. bags frozen shrimp

Mash shrimp with fork or in food processor. Add everything to cream cheese and set in refrigerator. (It's better if you let set in refrigerator overnight.) Serve with crackers or toast points.
